Everybody forgets where they put the car once in a while.  But when it becomes the norm, it is a problem.

Everybody “checks out” when someone else is talking, once in a while.  But when you can’t remember things people tell you or ask you to do on a regular basis, it is a problem.

When you forget why you walked into a room, or what you wanted from the store, etc. it may be a sign that it is time to learn some new skills to get your focus, attention and memory back.

The first step is to recognize the problem.

The second is to get some help from people who are use to vets with the same issues.  Call the San Jose Vet Center.  It is open from 8 AM to Midnight weekdays and 8 AM to 4:30 PM on weekends and most holidays.  (408) 993-0729   Let them help you get back to your best.
